The PMP exam is not included with this course.
You have to apply to the Project Management Institute (PMI)® before you can sit the exam. There’s a strict protocol as they have to authenticate that the pre-requisite criteria has been met prior to exam attendance. In order to understand the PMI process we recommend you review the PMP handbook on the PMI website.
The PMP examination is comprised of 200 multiple-choice questions. Of the 200 questions, 25 are considered pretest questions. Pretest questions do not affect the score and are used in examinations as an effective and legitimate way to test the validity of future examination questions. All questions are randomly placed throughout the examination. Alloted examination time is four hours.

Why PMP Training?
Project Management Professional - PMP - is an advanced course targeted specifically at experienced project managers, requiring candidates to have a project-related educational and professional background. The course seeks to develop upon existing knowledge, and ultimately assess a candidate's capability to lead and direct project management activities.
The assessment is based on a number of standardized criteria, from understanding of management processes, to extracurricular dedication. This ensures all who succeed at passing the exam are certified against a uniform benchmark, making this one of the most sought-after project management certifications worldwide.
Individuals with a PMP certification clearly demonstrate their fundamental understanding of project management tools, techniques, best practices and the processes covered by the PMBOK® Guide. If you're an experienced project manager looking to consolidate skills and prove project directorship capability, this qualification is the one for you.
